Maple Kreme Pancakes

Are you #TeamPancake or #TeamWaffle? 🥞  Today we’re team flapjack and making our newest innovation the star of the show! Dairy-free KETO//KREME® Maple is sweet and delicious, providing high-quality collagen and functional fats to kick start your morning. And these pancakes? They’re ALL that and more!

 

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 1 packet dairy-free KETO//KREME® Maple
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp monk fruit sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat and grease with coconut oil.
  3. Once the pan is hot, pour 3-4 tbsp of batter for each pancake.
  4. Once the pancakes start to bubble, flip and cook until golden on each side.
  5. Serve pancakes topped with sugar-free whipped cream + berries, or butter + sugar-free syrup.
